response from property -Thanks for the feedback Seann!
|Recommended: YesIt is a pretty good deal for what we pay — I would tell them that it is a pretty great place to live. I love my ward The rooms are a bit tiny and space is a bit cramped, especially in the fridge, but overall it is an easy and affordable place to live while going to school.
Thanks for the feedback Natali!
|Recommended: YesI like it, but there a few adjustments would be ideal. — It is a great location, with a great staff. But, the parking is difficult and the hours on the pool hot tub and laundry are kind of early for college students. They do some activities, but they definitely should do more. Overall I really enjoy Centennial
Thanks for the feedback Courtney!
|Recommended: YesIts great — Super chill, I love the courtyard and the pool, and the apartments are a little small, but overall very nice.
Thanks for the feedback Kristina!

Thanks John!
|Recommended: YesDecent apartment for a great price. — I love Centennial Yes the apartments are old, but they are completely livable. The Management is great and work orders get done the day you submit them. Very good price, social environment, great ward, pool hot tub, nothing to complain about Highly recommended.
Thanks David!
|Recommended: YesAwesome wards, excellent location, perfect place to party — I have really loved living here. The amenities are great and it's good to have a cheap perfect location for school and my work. This place really has good management who are willing to work with you. Great place for an awesome college experience
Thanks Adam!
|Recommended: YesGreat social atmosphere. — Centennial is a little old and small, but it's a fantastic social environment. Something fun is always going on, and the Centennial staff even host waffle parties occasionally.
Thanks Brandon!
|Recommended: YesBang for Your Buck Housing — I like Centennial a lot It's been a good place and the atmosphere is really friendly. The houses themselves are pretty old and outdated, but rent is cheep and so that's what you get. The pool and hot tub are fun too Laundry is kind of expensive and it can be hard to get a free machine sometimes, and the management here is also kind of rough to work with. However, I'd recommend this place to a friend
Thanks for the feedback Shelby!
|Recommended: YesInexpensive, close to campus, decent quality — Great atmosphere, close to campus and decent quality. Maintenance is quick to help and there is usually parking. Close to the shuttle that goes to campus and great people.
Thanks Mary!
|Recommended: YesPerfect Place — I love this place Great location and placement of buildings. Everyone's close in this complex, and there's awesome activities all the time Price is GREAT, and location is good as well Does a body good to walk 15 minutes every day to campus.
Thanks Bryan!
|Recommended: YesGoing on two years — It will be two years in a couple of months that I have lived at Centennial, and I don't plan on leaving any time soon. The ward one of three in Centennial is amazing. The apartments are cozy but not cramped. With good decorations, my student apartment' feels more like a condo. I'm proud to have people come visit. The maintenance guys are very prompt. The pool is bigger than any I've seen in apartment complexes and it is always clean. I love living here
I only wish there was some covered or reserved parking available. I would pay to have my own spot If you get home after 10 in fall or winter, you won't find a spot.
The laundry room is easy to use, but I would love to have later earlier access to it. A lot of residences are very inconsiderate about laundry because they leave their clothes in the washer dryer for hours, so there are no machines available.
Thanks for the feedback Leanna!
|Recommended: YesLow prices and decent service — Centennial has a good set-up, is pretty low-cost, and encourages social interaction.
Thanks Maria!
|Recommended: YesNot bad at all — basically the best bang for your buck. great and wholesome people and pretty good facilities in general. the laundry room is rather expensive though and is locked during certain hours.
Thanks for the feedback Shawn!
|Recommended: YesOne of my favorite places I've lived in Provo. — The apartments are nice, if a bit small.
Management is great, and maintenance requests never go more than a day or two without getting fixed.
The social environment is great--I really enjoy all the people who live here.
The one downside is that it's a 15 minute walk from BYU Campus.
I've recommended Centennial to several friends, and would do so to anyone.
Thanks Jason!
