|Recommended: YesGreat place to live. Amateur manager. — The place is awesome. Good ward, stuff gets fixed pretty quickly. Cleaning checks are SUPER strict, but it's manageable.
The management, on the other hand, has no idea what they're doing. Move-ins were a nightmare as they over-promised spots to people. I also had to check multiple times if I was in the right apartment because my roommates were not . You gotta keep an eye on them, do not give them the benefit of the doubt. They're super nice. But clueless.

|Recommended: YesGood location, wonderful ward, and organized staff. — I like the layout of the grounds. It has a great rec room, pool, spa, and laundry room. The ward is wonderful and the people are friendly. I enjoy the price of rent and utilities compared to other apartments of the same quality.

|Recommended: YesOn Point. — This place is super fun to live at. I have been impressed with how social and nice everyone is. As far as space it isnt amazing...but then again we are all poor and we all live in PROVO, Utah...so it is to be expected. But you pay for what you get. I love living here and how close together all the buildings are. Super great place to live.

|Recommended: YesOverall good place to live — Sometimes it feels a bit over crowded, but you can get that with any apartment. Great price and awesome that there is a bus so close by.

|Recommended: YesYou get what you pay for — Overall, its a fairly nice facility, especially for the cost. Parking can be a little bit of a nightmare if you get home late. Its quiet, its close to campus, and the staff in the office has been really nice in every experience that I've had with them.

|Recommended: YesI really like the layout, the pool, and the community in general — it is really nice, quiet, set apart community with a great ward. The appartment is a little far from campus, but the bus accommodates for that. there is a nice pool, laundry room and rec. room. The people are really nice and easy to work with its just a great place

|Recommended: YesFun, friendly, finacially fair. — Great people, great environment, inexpensive housing. It seems like there is always something going on, and everyone is included. The buildings are older but well-maintained. Very reasonable for the price. I would highly recommend this complex
