submitted by Harrison K. - |Recommended: YesA good place to live. — I've enjoyed living in centennial, the ward has been great, it's not too far away from the store or the freeway, plus it's got a pool and a hot tub The rent is pretty cheap as well, but the apartments are kinda small, and some of the amenities like washer's and driers are expensive.
submitted by Jessica L. - |Recommended: NoGreat place to live...for the former price — I have loved my time here at Centennial The ward is great, the people are great, and the living space is nice. The pool and rec room are nice perks as well. However, laundry is very expensive and now that they are upping the prices for living, I wouldn't recommend living here because I don't think it will be worth the new price, especially considering the quality of the apartments and the distance away from campus. It has been a good run though.
response from property -Hey Jessica! Thanks so much for the awesome review, we're so glad you enjoyed living here! We are upping the prices because we're renovating the apartments. In fact, the model unit is almost done. It has new flooring and new bathroom cabinets! You should stop by the office sometime and we'll show it to you!
submitted by Ximena B. - |Recommended: YesIt's a good place to live for the price — I really like it, not too far away from campus, and the ward is very friendly.
submitted by Janai G. - |Recommended: YesFavorite place I have ever lived at BYU — Zion
submitted by Jeffrey S. - |Recommended: YesGood place to live — I have been living at Centennial for a year and a half and I have no complaints. I just wish there was more parking, though I realize that they can't do a whole lot about.
submitted by Danielle H. - |Recommended: YesIts great Parking can get crowded. — I really like Centennial Apartments The community is very fun and welcoming. My ward is fantastic. The maintenance crew is quick to respond to maintenance requests. I'd definitely recommend this place to my friends
submitted by Isabelle F. - |Recommended: YesGreat location, great community — Centennial is a place that can easily feel like home. With it's close proximity to campus and it's welcoming and friendly community, it provides a convenient and enjoyable place to stay during your time in Provo.
submitted by Rebecca S. - |Recommended: YesQuality — Super social, decent location, great ward, and not too ghetto
submitted by Jamie H. - |Recommended: YesFriendly place to live with great management — The people are down to earth. Management is very understanding and helpful. You basically get what you pay for. The amenities are great. More parking would be great, but pretty typical for Provo.
submitted by Amarelda V. - |Recommended: YesIt's a great place to live — There are multiple amenities that make the apartment worth it. Plus the close proximity of other residents either from your own ward or someone else's makes it easy to meet new people and to socialize.
submitted by Shawn W. - |Recommended: NoIt is a little less than fair for what I pay. — I think it is okay. I paid less for my last place during Fall and Winter and felt like I got more there Cinnamon Tree Apts . They had more storage space, newer nicer carpet and furniture, and they had 2 doors bedroom, and a door to separating living room from bed bathrooms which blocked 90 of the noise. When people talk, even quietly, I can fully hear their conversations from my bed making it hard to sleep and Centennial. But, Centennial has good maintenance. It isn't a bad place, and I like the location. It just isn't one of the better places.
submitted by Sharon K. - |Recommended: YesCentennial is a great place to live — I would say that it's a great place to live, and that the people are super nice. I have really enjoyed living here for the past few months, and would recommend that they live here. Plus, the fact that the BYU shuttle is so close to the complex, it makes it super easy to get to school
submitted by Claire A. - |Recommended: YesInexpensive, social, and well-maintained. — I love living here. I have incredible roommates and friends in the ward. It's inexpensive, but not too gross. I am happy living here.
