|Recommended: YesPretty chill. The carpets are gross but they're okay — Very relaxed environment, super close to campus, 8 10 would recommend
|Recommended: YesIt's great — It's great. I like living here.
|Recommended: YesGreat community, read the fine print — Great property, the shuttle makes it seem close to campus. Tucked away, it seems like a nice place to call home. Parking is difficult and tight, but not impossible. The apartments are decent for what you pay, however you need to realize that everything must be incredibly clean for cleaning checks. As a general rule, don't expect to get any of your deposit back when you leave. I'd recommend Cenntenial to a friend, just be weary of quality and cleanliness.
|Recommended: YesGood, affordable aparment with a great ward — I really like it here. Though the rooms and kitchen are a little old, everything works well. New LED lighting, door handles, and paint were added this summer of 2017, making the place feel a little more modern. Also, the landscaping and exterior paint was completely redone, and looks nice.
Among the 6 of us, the two bathrooms and 4 sinks have served well, and I hardly ever have to wait to use them. The hot water almost never runs out.
Google Fiber is available, but I find the 90Mbps Veracity connection included in utilities more then enough.
Depending on your neighbors, the walls can be a bit thin at times. Also forget about parking close after 9pm during the fall winter. Spring summer parking is good.
Overall, I like living here, and plan on staying at least 2 years. The ward is great, and we have regular activities, which are well attended. Church is held in the Law building at BYU.
|Recommended: YesI enjoy the property and the staff. — It is small but it is enough.
|Recommended: YesIt's a really good place to live. — The ward I'm in is awesome. I love the people, and there's always something to do. The apartments are a little small, the building is a little old, but in excellent condition considering the price range. Things to break down occasionally, but maintenance will show up the day after you file your report sometimes the day of and fix it almost immediately. The people who work in the office are kind and understanding and have a great sense of humor. All in all, I love working here and would encourage others to live here as well.
|Recommended: YesI like it It's a good place. — I would tell them that it's a great place to live and super friendly people.
|Recommended: YesFriendliest place in Provo — Everyone is like a giant family. You'll find people from BYU, UVU, and those who are doing other things. If you're looking to find friends who are focused on graduating and not spending money to have fun, this is the place for you. Parking is limited and if you don't want to park on the street, be home to park before 11 PM.
|Recommended: YesOld apartments with young and friendly community — I like living here. The parking is fine during the day but in the evening it can be difficult finding a parking spot. The people are really friendly. Space is an issue, you just have to be creative about how you store your stuff.
|Recommended: YesI think the property looks very nice Love the new color of centennial. — Centennial is a great place to live. The environment is very welcoming, and the people are nice.

|Recommended: YesGreat — Do it It is such a welcoming and socially active environment, affordable, and conveniently located to little caesars. The staff is so helpful and willing to do all they can to help each tenant.

|Recommended: YesGood place and wonderful people Worth the price. — Opportunities for social activities. Good maintenance and management. Good location for BYU.
We have loved to have you and all of your friends here with us. Thank you for the constructive feedback. :)
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment A lot of perks for the low price. — I loved living at Centennial. I lived there Fall Winter and only left because I got married. Always professional and quick to get back to you if you have questions. Management was stellar. It's a little bit older of a property but they know this and maintenance, in my experience, comes within 24 hours of you submitted a request. They're awesome. Pool is well kept and the hottub is really nice. Smart TVs in every apartment are a huge perk and really awesome to have It's a great place if you're looking for a social life because it's really easy to hang out in the courtyard between the buildings.
Parking is the only downside. It's really hard to find parking if you come home late at night. However, if you come home before 9pm you're just fine to find a spot. And if I couldn't find a spot in the parking lot, I almost always found one on the road on a nearby street. Really totally manageable if you can figure out the best times to come home. Also The Ryde bus stop comes right by the complex so getting to BYU campus is very easy if you don't want to drive.
Centennial is the best place to live and I highly recommend it
|Recommended: YesAmazing community — I love these apartments for so many reasons but mainly the community. never would i have imagined such a friendly group of people
|Recommended: YesHome is where Centennial is- fun, orderly, friendly, best ward — Centennial is great It is easy to make friends here. There is always something social happening. Our ward is strong Bishop is the best. The Spirit can honestly be felt in every apartment.
Management is kind and understanding. They actually work on your apartment when it needs it.
I love it here I would recommend it to anyone looking for an uplifting complex.
