|Recommended: YesIt's a good place to live. Everyone is nice. — The apartment unit themselves definitely need some remodeling big time. But overall it's an alright place to live. Staff is helpful, the ward is great, It is further away from campus but there's a shuttle available.
|Recommended: YesI LOVE CENTENNIAL 5 Stars from me — I have lived in a couple different places here in Provo and Centennial is by far my FAVORITE The management is great and so friendly. We just had our carpets cleaned and they did such a wonderful job Looked like NEW The people in the office really help ya out and take such good care of their residents. The ward is amazing and so friendly. I moved in about a month and half ago and have never felt more part of a ward that fast I suggested this place to my friend and now she will be moving in soon. I LOVE CENTENNIAL

|Recommended: YesThis place is incredible — I'm just finishing up my first semester living here at Centennial and I have loved it The apartments are a little bit older but that is Provo housing for you. If you want something new you have to go pay double the price. I personally feel however that even if money wasn't a concern there isn't any other apartment complex I would move to. The wards and atmosphere are incredible, everyone is supper friendly here so I have made friends all over the complex. The pool and hot tub are great It's nice to have those available and overall, though older I feel that the apartments feel personable and homey. Maintainence is fantastic Very friendly and very quick. I have never seen maintainence so good in all of the complexes I have lived in havinging 7 different areas on the mission I have lived in a lot of different complexes non have had maintainence to match. This is a great place, great price and I plan on being here for a long time.
Cons Parking can be difficult late at night but that is just how it is south of campus.
Appartments are older but 100 worth it for the price difference and the atmosphere.
Oh and no, I did not get free cookies or pizza for submitting this review. I just did it because it's a great place.

|Recommended: YesCentennial is an affordable complex that is close to campus — Centennial is a great place to live because first of all, it is pretty cheap to live here Second, the residents at Centennial are all very friendly, and the management is very organized and helpful if you have any questions or concerns. The prices to do laundry are a bit expensive, but other than that, I would totally recommend living here.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Centennial is a pretty good place to live. The apartments are pretty well furnished and the staff is very helpful. Cupboard space is somewhat limited and the appliances a fairly old, but definitely liveable. Rent is reasonable and the ward is very friendly. All in all, I would definitely recommend Centennial as a good bargain apartment complex.

|Recommended: YesLove these apartments — I love the layout and the social focus of these apartments. Fantastic I do not love the new lights they put in the rooms, they leave the corners dark and you can't see as well in the mirror. The water in the showers doesn't stay a constant temperature I get a cold or hot surprise whenever someone flushes the other toilet or uses the other shower. Parking at night is a joke and there's not enough covered bike parking, I'd love to see another couple of hanging bike racks in the covered alcoves. Love the pool and hot tub Maintenance is great and is super fast about resolving problems.
|Recommended: YesOne of the best inexpensive places to live — Affordable rates, friendly management and tenants, beautiful grounds, all kept up pretty well. Two complaints The stair wells are kind of bad looking nasty and in the apartments the shower heads are uncomfortably low on the wall for us taller folks.
|Recommended: YesExcellent price, people, and sufficient quality appartments — I lived there for almost 3 years and they were some of the best years of my life. The people that live there are my favorite part. The social atmosphere is perfect. I don't think too hard about the actual quality of the facilities perhaps because I served a mission in the Philippines where I got to live in a bamboo shack for 6 months. I didn't think there were any problems with the apartments.
