submitted by Trevor G. - |Recommended: YesDown to earth people — Centennial is not the cream of the crop for sure. They do have a great staff that does there best to take care of you though. The building is older and there is maintenance with that but over all Centennial is a great place to live and the people that move into Centennial are great to.
response from property -Thanks for the feedback Trevor! We appreciate it:)
submitted by Kalin T. - |Recommended: YesAverage apartments. Great people. — There are great people who live here. Centennial management is very helpful if you ask for help.
response from property -Thanks Kalin! We appreciate your feedback.
submitted by James D. - |Recommended: YesThe property is fantastic — Living at Centennial is great. The atmosphere is fantastic and you get great utility from the price you pay for the apartment. However, the parking is a disaster and Centennial doesn't do a lot to help the situation. Most of the people parking in the parking lot don't have a parking pass, and when people can't find a parking spot they will create a spot that doesn't exist, which has prevented me from getting out of my parking spot several times. It's really unfortunate that Centennial won't do anything to fix this.
response from property -Thanks for the feedback James! We actually have sent out a couple surveys to see what our residents want done regarding our lots, and are working to improve this.

I would live here again if I could. It think it is a great environment and has people around the same age.I like living here.
submitted by Tia C. - |Recommended: YesCentennial is comfortable, broken in, and a little bit worn. — Living in centennial is fun. People are friendly, there are a lot of opportunities to meet people. The activities provided are wonderful. The rec room, pool, and hot tub are great. Everyone is pretty down to earth, I love it.
submitted by Steven B. - |Recommended: YesSimple, but clean. — You get what you pay for, but the social life here is the best. On multiple occasions, friends have moved out and then moved back a couple of months later because they didn't like their apartment, roommates, or ward. If you are looking for cheap housing, fun and social wards, a good pool hot tub combination, and the right number of necessary amenities so that you don't over pay and never use, then Centennial is the right fit for you. It was for me.
response from property -Thanks for the feedback Steven!
submitted by Jeffrey Y. - |Recommended: YesGood, but management could use some better relations with tenants — The wards are great and the community is fun, but the management needs to step up their game. It feels like a constant fight against management, and because we're students we're obviously wrong whenever we think something's unfair. It's a very condescending and belittling experience to try and fix something in an adult, mature fashion, because the other party won't consent to treat you like an adult. Maintenance is the shining star of the apartments they know what they're doing and they do it quickly and efficiently. Rent's cheap, so it's not a huge stress on the old pocketbook, and proximity to the bus is a huge plus. You do have to live in 6 and not 4, but that's not a problem. There's 2 bathrooms, so there's no strain on resources although I would recommend being wise in food-buying and storage the freezers fill up fast . I would say once management learns to get their act together, this could become the most sought-after property near campus. On a personal note, I'd love to see the piano either completely tuned and fixed or just junked in favor of a quality keyboard. If you're going to let tenants abuse the piano, it's not worth having a real piano.
response from property -We appreciate your feedback Jeffrey, and would love to talk to you about any concerns you may have! Just stop by the office :)
submitted by Emily L. - |Recommended: YesGreat staff and amazing people living in the complex — Its absolutely amazing here Everyone is so friendly, your roommates are the best people on the planet, and the staff is amazing, they're so sweet. I really wouldn't live anywhere else.
response from property -Thank you so much for that awesome review! You are the sweetest. :)
submitted by Diane R. - |Recommended: YesCozy, full of friends, and inexpensive. — The rooms are great, the people that live here are amazing, and there's always something going on. The pool and hot tub are the best part. The bathrooms could stand to be redone, and the rec room is a little wanting, but we make do and have lots of fun. Though it's far from campus, there's a free shuttle that will take you there.
response from property -Thanks for the feedback Diane! We are looking to do some renovations next year, and would love to hear your feedback on what should be remodeled. Send us and email with your ideas at [email protected]
submitted by Weichuan L. - |Recommended: NoOkay — You get what you pay for, but it's a little bit far away from the campus. It'll be helpful to have a car, but usually after 9 pm you'll have a hard time finding a parking space.
response from property -Thanks for the feedback! Check out the free shuttle you can take to campus at studentmovement.com
submitted by Caleb P. - |Recommended: NoThe property itself is alright. — It's a good community, I love the people I'm around and the activities that they have. The apartment its self is pretty low quality, you can tell it's been around for a long time, which wouldn't be a problem if they didn't charge so much. They advertise such a low price, but they through on fees for everything imaginable.
response from property -We are so sorry you've has a less than pleasant experience! We strive to keep our prices and fees low for our residents, so the only things you will pay for are cleaning fees for failed cleaning checks and parking passes. We would love to get some resident feedback on how we can improve our property! Send us your ideas at [email protected]
submitted by Callie H. - |Recommended: YesGood for the price — It's good for how much you pay. It has been upkept pretty well, but sometimes I have to park far away because the parking lot is completely full.
response from property -Thanks for the feedback Callie!
submitted by Janaya B. - |Recommended: YesCentennial is great — I have really enjoyed living at Centennial, although it has not been long. The people all seem nice and the apartments are pretty nice too. Utilities are a little bit pricey, but rent is pretty cheap, so it kind of evens out. I would bring a lamp though, the apartment is a little bit dark.
response from property -Thanks for the feedback Janaya! On a normal month, they are $10 cheaper than they are this first month. :)
submitted by Diana R. - |Recommended: YesI like it — It's great.
response from property -Thanks Diana!
submitted by Bryan B. - |Recommended: YesI think it is very appropriate for the budget of college students — I LOVE IT. Rent's great. Social life is great. Proximity is great. What else do ya need
response from property -Thanks Bryan!
